Pints of smores ice cream, jodi piccoult, and johnny cash

well lovelies i'm going to have to agree with miss rahmisan on the fact that i feel really cool with this whole blog thing. i always envied those emo kids that i ever so creepily stalked by reading theirs.

whats new with my life you ask? well basically nothing. the highlight of my day was buying a pint of ice cream from the dining hall and passing it around in a circle with my friends. comments included "dude i feel like this is a bong or something", "why are none of us using spoons?" (we all had either forks or knives except allye who had a strawberry...), and uncontrollable laughter followed by "i'm too baked for this round, i'll wait til it comes back". good times were had by all.

i have a newly developed obsession with jodi piccoult books. i'm convinced all of them are geared especially towards me. their like chick flicks in book form but not so cheesy. and each chapter is written in the perspective of a different character. its wonderful. if you haven't read any i would highly recommend them.

other obsessions include all things johnny cash. this includes his music, the movie walk the line, the soundtrack for walk the line (featuring reese witherspoon and joaquin phoenix on vocals), or walking along the lines formed by our floor tiles in the hallway singing "i walk the line". if you hadn't caught on yet, my friends and i are pretty cool.

to conclude this post i'm going to leave you with this: my formal is on friday which means....i get to wear my prom dress again. thats pretty much the best news ever.

hugs and kisses from lovely champaign-urbana
